I don't know the real name for this ship, but it is referred to as a "Crop Shuttle" in some files, and just "Shuttle" in others.

Mass Effect 2, and all ships and vehicles therein are © BioWare/EA.

You are free to use this reference however you wish. You can also download the full size version for a better quality image.

My full list of references can be found here.

Looks like an Asari ship.

Thats actually the model for the old Alliance Geneva class Cruiser. It was replaced by the Alliance Cruisers we see mostly in the series. But Cerberus makes good use of them in the comics. And Cortez comments about them while viewing a decommissioned one cruising by on the Citidel on ME3. That Ship is actually bigger than the SR-2 lol :P

The cockpit windows make this thing look massive. Pity we never saw it properly. Thanks for putting this one up (as well as all the others of course), it always fascinates me when people find stuff in the game files that never made it into any levels, or just couldn't be seen properly.

Heh, I'm not surprised. There's one scene where it comes up in Mass Effect 2 (the intro cinematic for the Stolen Memory DLC (you see it in the background). It may appear in other places, too, but I can't find it referenced in the files anywhere else), but some may recognise it as appearing in the comics.

It also appears in Shepard's cabin as a small model.

Gatatog Uvenk arrives in a shuttle like this after you complete the Rite of Passage, as well.
