can these actually be used in game? (i know i cant use em cause i havent got it on pc, but i suppose i can ask, are they in game anyway, like on console, or they dlc?)

You can't use them in-game, no.

You can use them on the PC version if you modify certain files, but with the online aspect, many of the files undergo checks to make sure the game is legitimate; thus making it not worth the hassle.

Its the Alliance Academy uniforms. Most notably Grissom Academy. They are supposed to be red.

That they are. I should probably say that these are unavailable to Shepard unless you change the coalesced.bin file. So I probably shouldn't have used Shepard's head as the model (and in the title).

Red? The clothes are red like this in the folders? It is a standard clothes for Alliance personnel in the game is blue

This is the Grissom Academy uniform, which is red, yes. Unfortunately, I don't have enough space in the title section to type it all out (I should have typed it in the description to clarify). I probably shouldn't have used Shepard as the model, since Shepard cannot wear this without altering the coalesced.bin file

Yeah, thats why that surprised me

I havent seen this outfit on Shepard, as in Grisson Academy you always wear the uniform, thats why that confused me
