I've seen quite a few smiley faces through out the game. Not sure if it's intentional or not.

I only saw smiley faces on Garrus' armor and now the Geth Dreadnought but that's just about it with me ^^;

This ship was implied to be a serious badass, but we never got to see it in action, just board and sabotage the thing. Plus, it is implied that that ship wasn't the only dreadnought built by the geth.

I'm not sure. I would assume it's something to do with the interaction between Reapers and Geth, though.

also there doesn't seem to be any salarian ships ingame, or any signs of turina dreadnoughts or asari fighter. plus only frigates i see ingame are the Normandy and geth dropships.
