Hey, I'm just wondering something about this specific model. Where abouts is it located in the ME2/ME3 data files? I've been looking for a barefaced turian in the files with too much success,

The basic head model can be found in a number of places, but I usually use one from Mass Effect 2 which is called BioP_OmgHub.pcc. Once extracted, the file you are looking for is TUR_HED_PROBase_MDL.psk.

The base texture is called TUR_HED_PRO_Diff_Stack.tga. This is the bare-face, tattoos are added afterwards by using TUR_HED_PRO_Tat1.tga or TUR_HED_PRO_Add3.tga.
